These terms cover your use of bagel-boyz.com and our online ordering, catering, and wholesale tools, operated by Bagel Boyz Inc ("Bagel Boyz," "we," "us"). By using this site, you agree to these terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Ordering & Catering

Other orders placed through Toast, gift cards, and Bagel Buck$ Rewards use our point-of-sale partner, Toast, under Toast's own terms in addition to ours. When online payment is offered for a website catering delivery or pickup order, you pay through Stripe’s hosted checkout when you place the order; otherwise we confirm your order first and then send a secure payment link. Review the food subtotal, any delivery fee, tax and final total before paying. Delivery orders have a $150 food minimum; delivery and pickup orders require the advance notice shown for your selected items. Sales tax of 6.5% applies to food; the delivery fee is not taxed and is not a gratuity. Payment does not by itself confirm your order: we confirm availability, your delivery address and arrival time, or your pickup time, by email reply or phone. If we can’t fulfill your order, we’ll refund your payment in full. Cancel 24 or more hours before your delivery or pickup time for a full refund; inside 24 hours, a fee of 25% of the total paid applies. Refunds reach your card in 5–10 business days. For changes or cancellation requests, contact us at (561) 294-3369; do not submit another payment to change an existing order.

Custom catering and wholesale quotes are estimates only and aren’t confirmed until we accept your order in writing. Special requests depend on availability, and any change to the agreed price requires your approval. Prices, menu items, and hours can change without notice.
