## The Story
Bagel Boyz has been Jupiter's go-to bagel shop and deli since 2004. Twenty years of kettle-boiled, 24-hour fermented bagels baked fresh starting at 4 AM. House-smoked pastrami, corned beef, and brisket — all cured and smoked in-house, not shipped in from a distributor. Northeast-style done right in South Florida. Part of the O'Brien Restaurant Group alongside The Salty Zebra Bistro and The Locals Pub.

3. Supernova ($15) — Center-cut nova salmon, onions, tomatoes, capers, scallion cream cheese.
4. The Jersey ($9) — Two fried eggs, double pork roll, cheddar, salt, pepper, ketchup. Fan favorite.
5. The Wake Up Call ($10) — Two fried eggs, crispy chicken breast, candied bacon, cheddar, honey sriracha.
6. Hangover Helper ($12) — Three eggs, bacon, ham, cheddar, sauteed onions, hash browns on hoagie.
